With over 25 years of experience, Chef Paul Stephens brings a passion for culinary excellence to your private dining experience. Starting his career in the kitchens of Cornwall, Paul honed his craft in some of London’s most prestigious establishments, including The Ritz and The Dorchester, where he worked alongside Michelin-starred chefs. His career then brought him back to Cornwall, where he led the kitchens of renowned hotels and restaurants, earning numerous awards along the way.
Now, Paul offers the same level of fine dining in a more personal and accessible way. Specializing in bespoke private dining, he creates tailored menus for every event, ensuring each dish is crafted with care, using locally sourced, sustainable ingredients. From intimate dinners to BBQs, small weddings, and celebration parties, Paul caters to a variety of tastes and occasions.
With the ability to serve up to 20 guests, each experience is thoughtfully curated, offering wine pairings, elegant table décor, and for larger events, professional waiting staff. For gatherings beyond 20 guests, customized solutions can be discussed to suit your needs.
